A Little About Me
My Practice
My practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships—where you feel seen, heard, and never rushed. I bring my full self into the room: clinically grounded, emotionally present, and deeply human. I don’t believe in fixing people—I believe in walking with them as they find their way back to themselves.
I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your inner wisdom. Whether we’re processing trauma, exploring identity, or simply holding space for what’s heavy, I trust that you already carry so much of what you need. My role is to help you access it.
My core values are:
-Authenticity over performance
-Compassion over perfection
-Empowerment over pathologizing
-Wholeness over symptom management
I love working with women navigating big transitions—especially pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, grief, and healing from birth trauma. I also enjoy working with those exploring their relationship with their body, their sexuality, and their story. If you’re someone who wants to dig deeper, get real, and make room for your full self, you’ll likely feel at home in my practice.
What I'm Like
Clients often tell me I bring a calming presence and a sense of safety into the room. I’m warm, collaborative, and deeply present—and I meet you where you are. I don’t believe healing is one-size-fits-all, so I tune into what you need, whether that’s holding space for deep reflection, gently challenging old patterns, or sharing a well-timed laugh to bring some lightness into the work.
I tend to be more collaborative than directive—I trust your intuition and inner wisdom, and I view therapy as a partnership. That said, I’m not afraid to offer tools, insights, or ask the kind of questions that gently stretch your awareness. I integrate structure when it serves the process, especially in trauma work, but always with flexibility and care.
There’s room for tears and humor in my office. I believe healing is sacred—and it can also be surprisingly human and even a little bit funny sometimes.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
My sessions tend to be fluid and responsive, grounded in what feels most present or important for you that day. While we may have long-term goals in mind—like processing a traumatic birth, navigating anxiety, or reconnecting with your identity—I believe healing isn’t always linear. Sometimes what’s needed is space to just be, to cry, to not have to explain yourself. Other times, we may bring in structure, such as EMDR resourcing, parts work, or somatic tools.
I engage relationally and intuitively—listening not just to your words but to what’s happening beneath them. You can expect a balance of deep emotional presence, gentle curiosity, and moments of education or skill-building when it fits. I’ll track the process with you, offer reflections, and help make meaning of your experience, but never in a way that overrides your own knowing.
Each session is a co-creation—centered on safety, connection, and your pace.

Our first session
The first session is all about slowing down, getting to know each other, and creating a sense of safety. You don’t need to prepare anything or show up with a perfectly told story—I’ll guide us through with gentle questions about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what’s been feeling heavy or tender lately.
We’ll talk about your history at a pace that feels comfortable, and I’ll share how I work so you can get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to open up everything right away—this is your space, and you get to decide what’s shared and when.
My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling a little more held, a little more hopeful, and a little more connected to the possibility of healing.
